HealthSpringForBrokers (HFB) and their new business technology is now live for all Medicare Advantage (MA), Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), and HealthSpring Supplemental Benefits (HSB) brokers! In addition to a refreshed broker portal, this technology includes a new contracting system for all Medicare brokers, and a commission system for MA and PDP brokers.

Are you a current CignaForBrokers portal user? Before you log into the new portal, you'll first need to transition your profile from the old portal.

1. Log in to the old broker portal with your current username and password and follow the standard verification steps.

2. Once your identity is verified on theold broker portal, the system will display a new page with a redirect button ("Go to Medicare Portal").

3. Click on the redirect button to be directed to the HealthSpringForBrokers login screen. 

4. When prompted, log in to the new portal using your current username and password from the old portal then click "Continue".

5. Next, you'll be prompted to create a new password for HealthSpringForBrokers. 

6. Once your password change is successful, you will be taken to the login screen.

7. Enter your username and new password combo to log in to HealthSpringForBrokers!

Are you contracted, but have never used CignaForBrokers portal? Go directly to HealthSpringForBrokers to register and get started.

 1. Go toHealthSpringForBrokersand click "Login".

2. Click "Sign Up". 

3. Enter the username/password you would like and confirm your email address (where you received your registration email). Select your relationship to HealthSpring, confirm the rest of the required information and click "Continue". 

4. A one-time password will be sent to you; enter it on the "Check Your Email" popup.

5. Once your email is verified, you'll be given the option to "Change Email" or "Skip and Proceed".

6. If you choose to "Skip and Proceed" (most common path), you'll be prompted to choose a security question and answer.

7.  Click on "Continue" to set up multi-factor authentication. When prompted to select text or voice call, we recommend text.

8. A 6-digit security code will be sent to your number; enter the code and click "Continue". If you do not receive the code, please call ARC at 866-442-7516 and a code will be provided to you.

9. Once your identity is verified, you'll be sent to the HealthSpringForBrokers dashboard!
